Amelior Monterey Merlot

Amelior shows off the Merlot grape at its delicious best. Hailing from the ocean-cooled vineyards of Monterey County, the pristine grapes ripen long and slow to ensure lots of full, red-fruited flavor. After a gentle pressing, the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks to let the pure flavors really shine. This beauty is brimming with juicy ripe plum, cherry and blackberry, plus a hint of herbs and supple, silky tannins on the finish.
