Colombard (70%)- Sauvignon Blanc (30%) A complex nose of citrus fruits (preserved lemon and grapefruit) and passion fruit bestowed by the Colombard combined with the notes of white-fleshed fruits and quince brought by the Sauvignon. The crisp, nervy palate is faithful to the Gascon terroir. The vivacity of the attack isfollowed by a powerful explosion of tropical fruits and a full-bodied, tasty finish.
