Le Champ des Etoiles Chardonnay

Modeled after the traditions of White Burgundy, the wine is partially fermented in older French oak barrels, then a portion of the wine is kept in oak to add a creamy, spicy richness to the wine’s vibrant citrus flavors, all framed by a refreshing streak of minerality.
